Sunday-Meatloaf in the crockpot (never tried meatloaf in the crockpot, wish me luck!)
Monday-Steamfresh meal
Tuesday-Potato Chowder in slowcooker
Wednesday-Bagel Sandwiches (again)
Thursday-Steamfresh meal
Friday-Sausage Saurkraut w/potatoes and carrots in slowcooker
Saturday-Chicken Wings Slowcooker (again)
I have been trying to plan my meals 2 weeks in advance. Often I find that I will change the meal based on my mood and how much I feel like cooking for the night. I am hoping that by preparing several of these meals in the slowcooker I will stick to my plan.
It is just me and my husband eating these meals. Usually we will take the leftovers to work the next day for lunch.
Breakfast around here is grab and go. I usually have coffee and a granola bar.
